How do you see the world or how does the world see you? Looking deeper, the answer can be found in how you see yourself.

Hello and welcome to my blog on all things spiritual!

This is a way for me to add to the innumerable opinions that already exist on the often incomprehensible world of profound spiritual awakenings.

To give you a little information on my spiritual journey, I had received Reiki and Seichem initiation (Levels 2 and 1 respectively) as well as initiaion into the Violet flame which has been the most instrumental tool in the progression of my spiritual path to date. I am in my thirties and this time has been characterised by some proufound awakenings. Kundalini awakening has a been the significant part of the process and has deepened my understanding of the need for inner purification. This has also provided a motivation to be able to communicate some of the things to consider when experiencing any acceleration of the Kundalini Shakti.

Although I do not profess to have any more knowledge than the innumerable people who have studied various forms of yoga or holistic practices, I would be happy to share my thoughts and feelings based on my own personal path with those of you who are also interested in expanding your understanding on the concepts and process of the path to God or the Higher Self.

This blog is really an opportunity for discussion on any matters from more serious issues of Kundalini yoga to general thoughts on spiritual concepts. Light hearted comments are welcome as well as discussions on the various theories that history and archaeology have been providing such as the mysteries of Atlantis and the Great Pyramid.

I will also be periodically providing interesting links to websites that are worthwhile reviewing in reference to many of the things that people are usually led to in their spiritual quest. Please stay tuned to further updates.

Considerations

Purification of the heart - This is the first concept that I have decided to put forward as this has proven to be an absolutely essential part of Kundalini awakening. Serious problems are almost always likely to occur if inner purification (removal of the ego) is not taken seriously. Through the process of self-enquiry, many quesions are likely to come up regarding the ego. This is best dealt with by examining one's tendencies.

Divine love is wisdom - There often seems to be some confusion when considering the notion of unconditional or divine love. Divine love is unconditional but also wise hence a responsibility is associated with this concept which usually manifests as some form of justice until the individual has understood and learned the required lesson.

Please feel free to comment further or pose any questions for greater clarification.

Thanks.

Hello there,
Thanks for your comment. My opinion on Lemuria is that it did exist. This is actually a vast topic and hope to do a blog about this in the near future. Something interesting to think about was the so-called Ramamyana bridge that was proven to have existed (dating back 1.7 million years ago). There are many websites dedicated to this. Here is a link:

Although there are differences of opinion of when Lemuria existed - it is accepted that it pre-dates Atlantis and may have existed at least 700 000 years or more.

Hope this helps with any clarification.

Hi,

I am wondering what avenues are available for exploring spirituality in Zim. For example where could one get a guide to help understand yoga?

Hi, I used to live in Zim but unfortunately that was in my pre-spiritual days!

However found a relevant site - it's a southern African website, incl Zim; you’ll find names of teachers (also in website) below:

http://www.bksiyengar.co.za/

Harare
Gail Dixon
09263 4 885187
Cell: 09263 11 416205
Email: dixon@zol.co.zw

Bulawayo
Jenny Geddes
Cell: 09263 23 0565
Email: ggeddes@gatorzw.com

I'd say it's a good idea to contact one of them and also ask for various regional contacts for general spiritual development.

All the best, Suven
